Chef Betty E Hardy, known in her community as Princess Betty, she is from the Edo State in Benin Kingdom, Nigeria. Her mother’s home is in Cross River State in South Nigeria. Princess Betty learned from her mother and aunts how important food is for sustaining a family and keeping the traditions of the family in tact.
Chef Betty says that she loves creating meals that have fresh ingredients and can feed the belly as well as the soul. Her restaurant was always a great place for families to come and eat and celebrate. Although currently, she does not have a full time restaurant right now, she still offers catering services for any party size and any client.
The company belief of community first also extends to her assisting those who have Autism are eating well and have sustained access. Chef Betty works with schools and other non-profit organizations to identify persons who need meal service. For over 5 years, she has served 100s of families with meal service for their autistic child or family member.
Food is what she knows and love. That's why she wants to share it with everyone.
